At Harnile, we handcraft our products in the Middle Atlas Mountains of Morocco and ship them directly to our customers. We are committed to transparency regarding shipping costs, delivery times, destinations, and processing procedures.

Shipping Destinations

  • All shipments are sent directly from our location in Ait Hamza, Guigou, Boulemane, Morocco via FedEx International.
  • We currently ship to: United States addresses only.
  • We do NOT ship to non‑U.S. addresses, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Orders placed with a non‑U.S. shipping address may be automatically canceled and refunded.

Shipping Options

Shipping costs are fixed and calculated at checkout. You will see the exact cost before confirming your order. Choose from the following FedEx options:

Production & Processing Time

Stage Details
Order Cutoff Time Orders placed after 12:00 AM (Casablanca Time, GMT+0) are processed on the next business day.
Handling Time Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Fulfillment Days Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding Moroccan public holidays.
Total Estimated Delivery Time Total delivery time = processing time + FedEx transit time.

Address Accuracy

Customer Responsibility Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information. Harnile is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returned Packages If a package is returned due to an address error or failure to collect, additional reshipping fees may apply.

Packaging & Handling

Each order is carefully wrapped with protective materials, sealed in a durable shipping box or bag, and labeled with appropriate handling instructions. Where possible, we use environmentally friendly packaging materials.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

Issue Action
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders If your order arrives damaged, is lost, or is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@harnile.com within 30 calendar days of the expected delivery date. Provide your order number, tracking number, and photos (if applicable). We will open a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund once verified.
